I think it kinda sucks how the recommended games little info square only represents the taste of one person. I don't know if you agree or not, but I think it would be nice to see other people's opinions too. How this would work i don't really know, maybe you could create separate articles for each game? That's alot of work though, so other solutions are welcome!
This is EXACTLY why I approved the reviews page.
Check it G-dawg-shizzle-wizzle-dizzle-snizzle.
Ideally, each description should provide a general view of how people feel about the game, instead of representing just one person's tastes. You're free to edit them to add your own experiences, though obviously uninformative edits aren't going to stick around for long. Kotep (talk) 01:08, August 29, 2012 (UTC)
Well, I appreciate the initiative, but cramming every review into one page seems rather messy. And I'm personally not looking for reviews, I'm just want to know if there are other people than me who feels the same way about certain games, or if I should give the game another chance.
Kotep, I'm aware that it's purpose is showing the general consensus, and in most cases, I think is does! But in some cases, I feel that the game is only on the list because on of the few people who played it enjoyed it as a child or whatnot, and in that case I think the site would benefit from havning these opinions.
But yeah, i guess you could just edit the description in such way that it adresses both viewpoint or whatever.
English Isn't my mothertounge, so please excuse any errors.
That sounds fair. Ideally, one would hope a description mentions both sides of + and -, although that isn't always the case. Another issue is brevity. I think the review page is kinda messy, and I'll try to clean it up or divide it eventually. Still, a good deal of people did give their personal inputs, so it shouldn't be disregarded as well, especially when one game has multiple reviews.
