Nobody's gonna be too picky about localizations and ports, so if you want to put something that was originally released last year (or before) but you played 2012's (re-)release of it (Ys, Rayman, Final Fantasy, MvC, etc.), go ahead. Games currently stuck in one region also apply, so don't let that stop you, whether the rest of us can understand what's going on or not.
