Some PSN games have a *Cross-Buy* feature, which means buy the game once and you get it for your Vita and PS3. There's also some DLC that is cross-buy as well. All PSP titles are backward-compatible down to the wifi multiplayer (as in cross-platform multiplayer between the Vita and PSP).

All Vita, downloadable PSP and PSOne Classic titles are playable on the Vita TV mini-console as well. But watch out for games that require Vita-specific input (camera, microphone, front touch, rear touch or motion control), as they'll be useless on the Vita TV.
