The '''Playdia''' was a colorful Japan-only console made by Bandai which, much like the [[CD-i]] and [[3DO]], was marketed as a multimedia machine instead of a dedicated gaming console, and because of this most of it's library consists of edutainment. Since it received zero third party support, it was a inevitable failure, though almost all of it's titles are licensed from popular anime such as Dragon Ball.
