+ | |A neat platformer regarding goddesses, life, creation, and crap like that. Very fun as you go around punching enemies, throw objects at them, or use your fucking pinball of a bird to destroy them (the second). The downside is that you only have one continue and three hit points instead of the Japanese version's five, although it does help is longevity as this game is really short. |

Curiously each of these segments are separated from each other. The most notable factor about this game are its multiple scenarios. Getting to each depends on the outcome the prologue scenario, which the player may deliberately or accidentally choose a course of action. This offers a neat bit of replay value. |

Probably one of the best arcade racers for its time, maybe even today. Although the original Saturn port doesn't hold up very well, it did get an update with the CCE edition, adding new levels and cars and even music! The Japanese Circuit Edition is the definite port on the system, as it re-adds the original arcade music, refined controls, and has 3D controller support. |

Revision as of 04:54, 1 August 2019
The Sega Saturn was a good system for its time, it even had games better than it's PS1 and N64 competitors. However, The Saturn was unfairly rejected by people because of its lack of games in the west (LOL BERNIE STOLAR), so ultimately the console was forced into an early grave by the Dreamcast, and it was a dark day for Sega. And because it didn't sell very well, prices for games and accessories have been inflating a lot lately. Almost like the company's 3DO or Jaguar, except this didn't suck ass. Since prices for the Saturn and its games and accessories are very high (depending on how many it sold), emulation is recommended (SSF for mid-range PCs, mednafen for high-end). If you happened to have a decent amount of money and find yourself a Sega Saturn within your price range, BUY IT! And also consider yourself getting a Pseudo Saturn Cartridge and look up how to use it, as some games require a ram expansion cart.
Note: There are certain games in the PAL region that were not optimized for 50 hertz monitors. For a list of games that were either optimized for PAL regions or not, refer to this guide.
Refer to this guide for games that had revisions and decide which to buy or pirate.
