- I admit I don't return often; it is a chore to re-learn Wikia's rules and interfaces every month. For example: I am an Admin, but I am explicitly forbidden from making anybody else an admin, or a moderator, or a janitor. Wikia doesn't give a reason why. --Mozai (talk) 23:00, April 4, 2016 (UTC)
Oh my fucking god, Wikia's official documentation on the topic is a YouTube video of a Powerpoint slideshow. I found out: all Administrators were slightly demoted in one of Wikia's deviations from Mediawiki: there's a new Administrator+ rank called "Bureaucrat" and only they can make other users into Administrators.
